Below are a few recommendations for you prior to your first visit with our doctors.

​

1. Prior to your appointment, please call your previous veterinary office to have your cat(s)'s records faxed to us at 916-988-7111. While invoices are nice as a quick reference, doctor written chart notes are preferred so that our veterinarian may see treatment plans, diagnostics, amounts of medications given, etc. to refer to.

 

2. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to fill our a New Client Information Sheet or click here to pre-fill and bring with you to your appointment.
